IT IS not just Italy’s men’s team who are struggling to make their mark. England thrashed their female counterparts 55-0 at Exeter’s Sandy Park, where a record crowd of 10,545 turned out. Head coach Simon Middleton said: ‘When you come to a stadium that is rock solid with fans, that makes you feel pretty special.’
