UNCLENCH YOUR JAW
GRIP your cheek muscle between a thumb inside your mouth and your forefingers. Pull the cheek back, down, then forwards. Repeat on other side.
UNCRINKLE CROW’S FEET
LIGHTLY press your fingers on your temples. Let your eyelids droop then flutter. Hold for ten seconds. Repeat the move ten times.
RELEASE FROWN LINES
PUT the heels of your hands on your eyebrows and push up your forehead. Frown while holding firmly for ten seconds. Repeat ten times.
PLUMP UP YOUR LIPS
PUCKER up, and kiss the palm of your hand. Take the hand away and blow a kiss into the air, breathing out as you do. Repeat ten times.
LIFT YOUR JOWLS
WITHOUT parting your lips, move edges outwards, towards your ears, then upwards, then up towards your cheeks. Repeat ten times.
TIGHTEN A TURKEY NECK
PULL down the corners of your mouth. You will feel the muscle over the throat tighten. Hold for ten seconds, then release. Repeat up to ten times.
