A fan of heavy weight-training and hour-long sessions with free weights, the actor, 50, also runs and enjoys indoor cycling.

WHAT TO TRY: The Spider-Man Plank is a great way to work your midriff. Start in the plank position, resting your weight on your forearms and the balls of your feet, with your body in a straight line. Brace your core and hold the plank as you tuck your right knee up to the outside of your right elbow. Don’t let your bottom go up in the air or your hips drop.

Extend your right leg back into the plank position, then repeat on the other side, and continue alternatin­g for 60 seconds. Do three sets.
