A badly run Brexit

-

AS A committed Brexiteer, I am appalled by the conduct of our MPs, who were elected to represent the people but who are instead consumed by their own ambitions and egotism.

Brexit is of fundamental importance to our constitution and to our great country, so from the beginning a Brexit cross-party working group should have been set up by the Prime Minister to negotiate the best deal.

Instead, the country is paralysed by a bunch of incompetent MPs motivated by their own self-interest. None has advocated collaboration, but are busy tearing each other and their parties apart.

With time running out, you would have thought MPs would bury the hatchet and come together. They have wasted so much time and energy being negative.

Theresa May appears not to be suited to the collaborative approach needed, but she has done her best in an impossible situation. She was elected leader by her party, so why are they stabbing her in the back?

In the past, Britain has been in a bigger mess than Brexit. The Dunkirk Spirit is needed so the people can get back control.
