SO FAR, nearly 400,000 people have signed up to help out in 2019’s Great British Spring Clean, which takes place from March 22 to April 23. To help encourage people to say no to single-use plastic, we’re pleased to team up with Caffè Nero to offer all our readers a free coffee, tea or hot chocolate via the Caffè Nero app when they present a reusable cup in store.

the past six months, after it introduced a range of initiatives, including providing glassware at water stations, setting up paper cup collection points and offering bonus stamps on the Caffè Nero App to customers who use reusable cups. To

HOW TO CLAIM:

DOWNLOAD the free Caffè Nero app (left) on to your tablet or smart phone from the Apple App Store or, for Android devices such as Samsung, from Google Play.

On the Settings menu, click on the ‘Add promo code’ button, then enter the code GBSC2019 before midnight on Monday, March 18, 2019. Once you’ve entered the code, a free hot drink voucher will appear in the app.

The free drink voucher will be valid for seven days from issuance. Present it with your reusable cup in any store nationwide. TERMS: The bearer of the in-app voucher is entitled to a barista-prepared coffee, hot chocolate or tea (any size). Speciality drinks and extras are excluded. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. One voucher per customer per device. Must be redeemed for a drink-in purchase or with a reusable cup.
