in a leafy Surrey village has been dubbed ‘John Terry Street’ after the former England and Chelsea skipper’s foray into property development.

Terry, 38, has already netted around £20million by selling two homes in the same road in Oxshott.

Now planning has been approved to knock down another £4.5m house and build two new ones. One of the proposed homes will have five bedrooms, a gym, sauna, steam room, library, outdoor kitchen, wine wall, family zone, sky lounge, au pair suite and boot room. The other six-bedroom pad will have a games room and 15m x 5m outdoor pool.
