OUTFOX The Market is the worst energy firm for customer service, according to Citizens Advice’s latest league table.
The small supplier scored just 1.3 out of five. Customers complained about direct debits increasing without explanation and being unable to contact the company.
Outfox’s chief executive, Keith Bastian, says an ‘unprecedented number of calls’ over November and December led to a ‘short-term challenge’ in providing the service for which it strives.
