- PATRICE EVRA could face legal action from Paris SaintGermain over a homophobic rant on social media after their Champions League defeat by Manchester United. The former United defender appeared in a video filmed in a taxi in which he taunted PSG.

MANCHESTER CITY’s bid for the Quadruple will continue on April 6 when they face Brighton in their FA Cup semi-final tie at Wembley. It will be live on BBC1 with a 5.30pm kick-off. Wolves take on Watford at the national stadium 24 hours later with a 4pm kick-off. This tie will be on BT Sport 2. The BBC have agreed a £30million, fouryear deal with the FA from 2021 to continue screening FA Cup matches.

PARIS SaintGermain have won a legal battle against a UEFA bid to open a previously closed investigation. It was upheld on the grounds that the governing body took too long to challenge the original decision, which cleared the club of any breach of Financial Fair Play last season.
