Dunkerton: I’ll fix Superdry

SuPERDRY co-founder Julian Dun- kerton has insisted he can fix the fashion chain’s problems despite investors being told to vote against his proposed return.

Dunkerton, 54, who left the firm last March, said he was ‘disappointed’ by the recommendation of a shareholder advisory group to block his reappointment to the board but vowed to push ahead.

The report by institutional Shareholder Services said the former chief executive is partly responsible for Superdry’s financial underperformance. Dunkerton denies this.
