The Labour leader was posing for a picture with a member of the public when her independent-minded Alsatian dog Acer made a bid for freedom, leaving the politician wrapped around the poor owner.
Mr Corbyn was posing with supporters after attending the funeral of veteran Labour MP Paul Flynn in Newport, South Wales.
Having seen eight MPs quit Labour recently, Mr Corbyn is used to being ignored when he commands: ‘Stay!’
