BAE Systems boss Charles Woodburn will be awarded company stock worth up to £3.3m if he hits targets.

The 48-year-old could receive 701,474 shares under a bonus scheme, according to a stock market filing – on top of up to 1.5m other possible bonus shares. He stands to collect up to £10m of stock overall.
