NEXT week, on April 5, Sir David Attenborough narrates the new Netflix series Our Planet, made in association with WWF. It’s a call to action to save planet Earth before it’s too late and ensure that people and nature can live together harmoniously and thrive. Sir David says: ‘Humanity is totally dependent on the natural world. Think of fresh water; every drop we drink comes from the natural world. The same is true for every mouthful of food we eat, every lungful of air we breathe. If that ceases to be healthy, we are done for.’ Using the latest technology, such as the camera trap that caught the image of the tiger in Bhutan on our cover, we get closer to Earth’s most precious and endangered species than ever before.
