HOW TO ADOPT

YOU can help WWF by donating, becoming a member or, for as little as £3 a month, adopting an endangered animal.

All this week we’ll introduce you to different species which desperately need our help to survive — including the snow leopard, elephant, giant panda, gorilla, jaguar, lion, orangutan, rhino and Amur leopard.

After you adopt, you’ll receive a fact pack, optional cuddly toy and regular updates about your animal. There are also tips on what to do, in even simple ways, to help restore precious habitats that have been damaged. As Sir David Attenborough, an ambassador for WWF, says: ‘We have become the greatest threat to the health of our home, but there’s still time for us to address the challenges we’ve created — if we act now.’
