SHE has already revealed that her bizarre beauty regimes involve bee pollen and creams made from her own blood.

Now further secrets of how Victoria Beckham maintains her flawless complexion have been spilled by her dermatologist.

These include the former Spice Girl having £1,100-a-time facials using caviar and crushed pearls, as well as following a very strict diet.

Mrs Beckham, 44, shuns dairy, caffeine and salt – and sticks to her skincare routines with the determination of an Olympic competitor, Dr Harold Lancer said.

‘Victoria’s a disciple of discipline in terms of lifestyle and maintenance in her daily life – everything from her diet to her sleep patterns,’ the Beverly Hills dermatologist told Closer magazine. ‘Victoria doesn’t just sporadically do something.

‘She follows a programme with the same determination as an Olympic athlete and that’s why her skin looks the way it does.’

One of Mrs Beckham’s favourite treatments is Dr Lancer’s Legacy Facial, nicknamed the Cinderella or ‘foetal’ facial because of how young it is supposed to make clients look. It involves the application of a caviar sheet face mask and an eye mask made from crushed pearls.

That is followed by an injection of stem cells into the skin and finally LED light and oxygen therapy. Dr Lancer – whose celebrity clients include Kim Kardashian, Margot Robbie and Jennifer Lopez – said he tells Mrs Beckham what to eat to help maintain her perfect skin.

‘Her diet is made up of 40 per cent protein, such as salmon and white fish, 40 per cent healthy oils like

avocados, nuts and chia seeds, and 20 per cent solid green carbs such as spinach, broccoli, green beans and kale,’ he said. ‘She avoids dairy, caffeine and salt and has very low sugar intake. Her alcohol intake is mini- mal, too. Victoria’s incredibly devoted to her appearance and she never strays from her programme, which is why she’s one of the most regimented A-listers I see.’ Mrs Beckham frequently posts about her various beauty procedures on her Instagram account.

She recently shocked fans by paying £1,200 for a ‘vampire’ moisturising cream made from her own blood. It is claimed to have antiageing properties, reducing inflammation and strengthening tissue.

In 2014, Mrs Beckham told how she eats bee pollen – the flower pollen gathered by honeybees – every morning as it contains amino acids, B-complex vitamins and folic acid.
