Shake-up at Domino’s
DOMINO’S Pizza is set for a sweeping overhaul as bosses head out amid a row with franchisees.
It is ‘considering succession planning’ for its chairman Stephen Hemsley and chief executive David Wild, and searching for a replacement for non- executive director Helen Keays.
In a statement it said: ‘We are not going to speculate on the outcome of any board changes.’
Domino’s is extending Hemsley’s term by another year to ease the succession, sparking speculation that Wild will be the first to go.
It comes as Domino’s tries to resolve a dispute with disgruntled store operators who are demanding more support from the company in the face of rising costs.
