Model’s mother who’s become a style star for older women

Sandra Wilson is refreshingly modest — but, by anybody’s definition, she’s no ordinary grandmother.
Her daughter, model Vogue Williams, is Pippa Middleton’s sister- in- law (Vogue married spencer Matthews, and Pippa wed his brother James). sandra’s grandson Theodore is Pippa’s nephew.
sandra, 65, is also a fashion star in her own right — when Vogue posted a photo of her on instagram, she gained admirers due to her knack for styling High street items so they look designer. sandra now has more than 10,000 followers. ‘i don’t think of myself as an “influencer”, but older women should have someone to turn to for inspiration,’ she says.
‘i don’t let my age dictate what i wear. although i wore a white shirt to babysit once, but i won’t do that again! i don’t pay attention to what people say, either. someone said i had fat fingers once.
‘i was an air hostess, so i’ve always taken care of myself with Pilates, the gym and golf. if you fit in clothes easily, it opens up more shops.’
