POLICE FEAR VIOLENCE AT CARDIFF v CHELSEA

POLICE have upgraded the risk category for Chelsea’s match at Cardiff tomorrow to the highest level. They are prepared for clashes between fans who have a history of violence going back to an FA Cup match at Stamford Bridge in 2010. Chelsea have beaten Cardiff three times since then and police have warned local businesses of a heightened risk of disorder, with 3,000 Chelsea fans expected to attend.
