Bored with Brexit

I AM totally bored with Brexit. If we do end up remaining a part of the EU, I will not be unduly worried. We are not in the euro or the Schengen area and don’t intend to participate in the EU’s paper tiger army.

The EU is rapidly declining in terms of global GDP and has little world influence. Germany is in hock to russia, France is in turmoil, Italy is in recession and the eastern countries are in near-revolt because they don’t want to take in millions of immigrants.

In the end, the EU will break up naturally, as all empires do, and countries will once again be able to determine their own futures.

Meanwhile, we can emulate France and take on only the EU regulations we like while paying lip service to the rest.
