THERE was plenty of excitement before the race as David Beckham led a starstudded cast around the garages. He popped into Red Bull, then Ferrari before embracing Lewis Hamilton moments before he took to the track. Later, Beckham waved the chequered flag as Hamilton crossed the finishing line.
