WARNOCK SLAMS ‘WORST OFFICIALS’
CARDIFF boss Neil Warnock faces an FA charge after a furious rant on the touchline and labelling Premier League match officials the ‘worst in the world’ following his team’s 2-1 defeat by Chelsea. Cardiff surrendered the lead when Chelsea’s Cesar Azpilicueta equalised from an offside position and Warnock wanted a red card for Antonio Rudiger’s late foul on Kenneth Zohore. Warnock fumed at fourth official Andre Marriner before delivering a postmatch tirade. He said: ‘It’s the best league in the world but the worst officials. I don’t deserve officials like that today. ‘There is no excuse for that, it’s criminal.’
