ONLY a third of us eat our recommende­d five portions of fruit and veg a day. Here, nutritioni­st ANGELA DOWDEN shows you how to do it the easy way, in just one meal.

WHAT TO EAT: Beef, onion and pepper fajitas (which provide two-and-a-half portions of your daily intake) served with soured cream, guacamole (half a portion), salsa (half a portion) and refried beans (one portion); glass of orange juice (one portion) = five-and-a-half servings of fruit and veg in one. HOW TO DO IT: For two people (two large or four small soft flour tortillas each), saute 200g sirloin strips, a chopped red and chopped yellow pepper, and a medium onion. Serve in the tortillas with the sour cream, guacamole made from one large mashed avocado, plus two rounded tablespoon­s of salsa and three tablespoon­s of refried beans per person. Have with a 150ml glass of orange juice.
