Super Sam’s hat-trick

SAM CURRAN took a hat-trick in the IPL last night as his Kings XI Punjab side beat Delhi Capitals by 14 runs. At 147 for five in the 17th over, Delhi looked to be cruising to their target of 167. But England all-rounder Curran, who had earlier hit 20 as an opener in the absence of the injured Chris Gayle, saw off Colin Ingram, then added Harshal Patel, Kagiso Rabada and Sandeep Lamichhane in consecutive deliveries to complete a dramatic Kings XI comeback.
