Don’t blame Dave

Daily Mail - - Freeview Primetime Planner -

I FAIL to understand why David Cameron is still being criticised.

He attempted to negotiate a deal and was humiliated when all the EU needed to do was make concessions on free movement of citizens and the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice.

Having failed, he had the integrity to keep his promise to consult the citizens of the UK in a referendum. When the result was announced, he again had the integrity to resign as Prime Minister. The next referendum we hold should be on the future of the Union, to enable us to give Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales their independence. I know how I would vote. B.
