Emery full of praise for new-look Ozil’s attitude

HARD work has helped Mesut Ozil regain his place in Arsenal’s starting line-up. The German was on the fringes of Unai Emery’s thinking throughout the winter and has only started five away games in the Premier League all season. Ozil has also been dropped for bigger games. It was becoming a growing problem for Arsenal, with a belief that they would have to find a way for Ozil — who is their highest earner on £350,000 a week — to leave in the summer. And the Arsenal boss revealed that the midfielder’s efforts have earned him a berth in the team. ‘He is working well and helping us.
