TO IMPROVE your posture, try sitting tall on a stability ball, says celebrity personal trainer Nadya Fairweathe­r ( u-shape.co.uk).

Position yourself with your feet firmly flat on the floor, wider than hip width, arms out at the side. Slouch forwards, rounding the shoulders, arms dangling at your sides.

Now, sit up tall, look straight ahead, bring your shoulders back and down, chest out, rotate your thumbs out showing your palms and hold for a count of five. Try to squeeze the shoulder blades together. Then relax returning to slouch. Do 10-12 reps for three rounds.
