UK SPORT NEAR DECISION

UK Sport held the final interviews for their new chief executive in secret locations in London yesterday. England hockey chief executive Sally Munday and British rowing boss Andy parkinson are understood to be prominent among those to make it through to the last selection round. Munday is known to have support among key figures in political sporting circles. An announcement is expected in the next week.
