THERE will be treats for all tastes as the UK’s record shops get into the groove for tomorrow’s Record Store Day.

The High Street event, now in its 12th year, is a celebration of all things vinyl, with a slew of special, limited-edition offerings on sale.

Among this year’s 500-plus vinyl releases are a picture disc of Bowie’s Pin Ups album, a re-mastered version of Pink Floyd’s A Saucerful Of Secrets and a set of raw mixes of John Lennon’s 1971 album Imagine.

Plus, there’s a live double album from Duran Duran’s 1984 American tour and an acoustic edition of Prefab Sprout’s Steve McQueen.

A string of choice 7in, 10in and 12in singles are also available, including an unreleased live version of She’s A Rainbow from The Rolling Stones’ No Filter tour and a superb mix of punk band Generation X’s debut single Your Generation.

A set of Prince rarities, The Versace Experience, are also being sold on cassette.
