Of course there are, because there are so few of them!

a more accurate figure would be the number of collisions and injuries in running lanes caused by vehicle failures, leaving drivers with nowhere safe to go.

I AM really not surprised that the

£320 million congestion scheme has in many cases made traffic worse outside commuter times (Mail).

During the four days that traffic lights on a busy local roundabout were broken, the traffic flowed freely without any problems.

On the fifth day, when the lights were back in working order, the queues and snarlups returned.
