RobeRt Walters is resilient despite uncertainty in europe, the recruitment firm said.

the company posted growth in the first quarter as its Asian arm continued to boom.

More than 70pc of its revenue now comes from outside the UK.

Its UK and europe markets delivered 10pc growth each, despite fears that leaving the european Union could hold back recruitment levels and the overall health of the Continent’s economy.

the firm said it had seen good performance in both London and the rest of the UK.

Shares fell 2.7pc, or 16p, to 580p.
