NEARLY there now. In the first column, the 1 can only go in the top-left cell, with the 4 below it. The top-right cell can’t be a 5 (look at the ‘greater than’ symbol) so it must be a 4. The 5 goes below it, another 5 next to the 4 in the top row, and a 3 goes bottom right. All you have to do now is fill in the final 3 and 4 in the fourth column.
