ECONOMY seats on a flight can be a bit of a squeeze at the best of times. But when two of the world’s strongest men were put next to each other, space was really at a premium.

Briton Eddie Hall – nicknamed The Beast – was squeezed alongside the US’s Brian Shaw as they flew from London to Scotland. Hall, crowned

the World’s Strongest Man in 2017, said that passengers on the Flybe shuttle had refused to swap seats.

Hall, 31, from Clayton, Stoke-on-Trent, said: ‘Would you swap seats with one of us?? I wouldn’t either.’

The pair, who weigh a combined 53stone, are filming around the UK for a History Channel programme.
