Single at last! Divorce judge’s Pitt-Jolie ruling

THREE years after they split, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are now officially single after a Los Angeles court ruling.

Their divorce is still not completely finalised, but Judge John W Ouderkirk ruled that the former couple, pictured, can now be declared single after their lawyers asked for a ‘bifurcated judgment’. This means there are still some matters to be resolved. It is not known what has yet to be decided, but Miss Jolie has filed claims that Pitt was not paying sufficient child support, which he disputes.

The actress, 43, has now had her name restored to Jolie, rather than Jolie Pitt, which she took when she wed the actor back in 2014.

Pitt, now 55, met Miss Jolie on set of film Mr & Mrs Smith in 2003 while he was still married to actress Jennifer Aniston, whom he divorced in 2005.
