Going postal

-

I AGREE that marketing material with our personal details is a danger (Letters).

When I signed up with BT for broadband and a landline, I made it clear I did not wish to receive marketing material by phone, email or post.

But each month, undoubtedly like thousands of BT customers, I receive ‘special offers’ for mobile phones.

Each letter contains my name, address, BT account number and email address. Despite making numerous requests for these letters to be stopped, they still arrive with annoying regularity.

Apart from BT putting their customers’ personal details at risk, it is a waste of time, energy and paper.
