OLE MUST TURN UNITED INTO A TEAM AGAIN

-

WE get these cycles in football, where different clubs enjoy chapters of dominance and success. Manchester United had that but now their aura has disappeared. They’re finding out that no club has a divine right to be the best team. Tomorrow they face Chelsea in a clash that will have huge implications in the race for the top four, which is what they must now focus all of their attention on. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have the resources to upgrade his squad and make it his own this summer. What he has to do is make them a team again. Against Manchester City on Wednesday United looked disjointed with Marcus Rashford cutting a lonely figure up front. Rashford has been linked with moves away from the club, but they absolutely cannot afford to lose him this summer. Rashford has scored 45 goals for his boyhood club, with 13 of those coming this season. He could become an all-time great for Manchester United. He is their future and he is still only 21. He must remain at United and he can be an integral part of their vital rebuild.
