TAYLOR Swift has broken the record for the most video views in 24 hours for a solo artist on YouTube.

The pop star’s latest hit – Me! – was seen 65.2million times last Friday, its first full day on the video streaming website. It is the first song off her new album TS7 to be unveiled to fans.

The success of Me! surpassed the previous record held by Ariana Grande by nearly 20 million views.

Her song Thank U, Next was viewed 46million times in 24 hours
