BAKEB OFF: THE PROFESSIONALS, 8 8PM, CH4

TWELVE more patisserie teams from top hotels, restaurants a and businesses will be baking, glazing and sculpting as a n new series of the pro B Bake Off gets under w way. The first challenge set by returning judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin is to create two batches of 24 perfect miniatures, of a reimagined Bakewell tart and a Linzer torte with a twist. Will the chefs’ invention and ambition impress the judges, or be their undoing? Presenters Tom Allen and Liam Charles (pictured near and far right, with Finden and Blin) get tasting as the first six teams create their sweet showpieces.
