Pay the men less

CLARe BALDInG’S revelation that she is prepared to be a troublemaker within the BBC over equal pay is laudable. however, her position is that women should be given a rise to put them on a par with males.

Can’t she see the main fault is that the men are paid far too much? They should be paid less to bring them in line with women, especially when the BBC is pleading poverty. FRANK HADDOCK, Doncaster, S. Yorks.
