Thrones star’s Vegas wedding...with Elvis
GAME Of Thrones actress Sophie Turner has married her pop star boyfriend in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony presided over by an Elvis Presley impersonator.
But Miss Turner, 23, and singer Joe Jonas, 29, did not exactly splash out on their nuptials. They opted for a wacky ceremony at the famous Little White Wedding Chapel that cost just £450.
The wedding took place after the pair had attended the Billboard Music Awards ceremony in the city.
Miss Turner swapped the dark, furtrimmed clothing she is normally seen wearing as Sansa Stark in the hit TV fantasy for a plunging white jumpsuit and veil with gold Gucci mules.
The British actress carried a bouquet of flowers with flashing lights and her wedding ring was made of plastic with a sweet in place of a gem.
After she and Jonas made their vows, the Elvis impersonator serenaded them with Viva Las Vegas. A friend posted a video of the event on social media.
The impromptu nature of Wednesday’s ceremony meant there was no time for Miss Turner to invite her family.
