Spared jail, the ‘sexy secretary’ mistress who stalked wife of her hedge fund lover

‘Subjected to emotional GBH’

A JILTED mistress who played the role of ‘sexy secretary’ for a hedge fund manager then stalked his wife has been spared jail. Simin Doyich, 45, met up for sex sessions with the married City boss at his home and on luxury business trips to Paris and Zurich in five-star hotels.

They also had sex in his office, with Doyich playing the role of a ‘sexy secretary’ coming in for a job interview after they met on dating website Illicit Encounters. She later claimed she was carrying his child but the father-of-two, 55, ended the fling soon after, which sparked a wave of abuse against his wife, Inner London Crown Court heard.

Doyich was sentenced to 18 months in jail, suspended for two years, after admitting stalking the woman, who cannot be named, in February.

She denied stalking the husband, who also cannot be named, and the charge was ordered to lie on court file.

Paul Casey, prosecuting, said: ‘He met the defendant through a website and began an affair for two to three months. He did not intend to leave his wife and he made this very clear from the beginning.’

The City boss offered to pay for a private abortion but said he would fulfil his financial obligations if she kept the child. He then told his wife about the affair and the couple sought legal advice.

Doyich posted their intimate WhatsApp messages on Twitter, as well as pixelated photos of them together and an alleged ultrasound scan of her unborn child. Using her online account, she called the woman ‘ugly’ and her family ‘trashy’.

She sent links to articles about ‘couples trapped in a sexless marriage’ and emojis of faeces and pig faces.

Describing Doyich’s behaviour as ‘emotional GBH’, the wife said: ‘I was subjected to a total barrage of abuse.

‘She hoped I would be so upset following my husband’s midlife existential crisis I would leave my marriage.’

Peter Caldwell, defending Doyich said: ‘She was a person who had hoped for so much and had it dashed.’

Doyich, from West Hampstead, North London, was also ordered to complete a 30-day rehabilitation activity and pay costs of £750.
