THE care home owner who goes to such expense to look after her residents and employees (Letters) is one in a million.

not all care homes are worth the extortiona­te fees they charge. I worked in one where I would not have wanted to spend my last days.

Food went cold because there were not enough staff to feed those who needed assistance, and residents spent all day in front of the Tv.
