NO MATTER which organisation you call and at what time, you will be answered with the standard recorded message: ‘Your call is important to us, but we are experiencing a high volume of calls at this time, so please continue to hold.’
Whether it’s banks, building societies, insurance firms, ticket sites, service companies or utility providers, the message is the same.
These organisations are not concerned about their poor level of service. It’s all about cost- cutting and job losses. We deserve better.
