Ulrika: Famous women always blamed for split

ULRIKA Jonsson says high-profile women bear the brunt of the blame when their marriage ends.

In an emotional interview on ITV’s Loose Women yesterday, the 51-yearold – pictured – opened up about her recent divorce from husband of 11 years, Brian Monet. The three-times-married star admitted ‘every day had been tough’ since the split and admitted how things can ‘tip you over the edge’.

‘The first torture was thinking about the children and then the second one was “Oh my god, when this comes out...the papers, this is her third marriage, she has failed again”. It’s inevitably the woman’s fault and responsibility,’ said the former weather girl. Miss Jonsson was married to cameraman John Turnbull and ex-reality TV star Lance Gerrard-Wright from 2003. She also had relationships with footballer Stan Collymore and ex-England manager Sven-Göran Eriksson.
