Former ballroom dancer Len Goodman, 75, was on Strictly from its launch in 2004 until he stepped down in 2016, leaving Shirley Ballas to take over as head judge.

Katya, who was speaking at a party held by Skinny Tan, insists the new judge needs to be ‘someone as great’ as former Royal Ballet principal Darcey. ‘She is dance royalty.’
