will be firmly in the driving seat at next week’s fourday d London Motor & Tech Show.

British rally driver Catie Munnings, p pictured, will host a panel of female motor industry experts for a Women In Cars session at the show, which is expected to attract 60,000 visitors from Thursday at the ExCel Arena.

Female motoring writers from 11 countries will honour Volvo’s XC40 as the winner of the Women’s World Car of the Year award, with Jaguar Land Rover’s global communicat­ions director Fiona Pargeter given the inaugural Woman of Worth Award.

Several celebritie­s will be on hand, but the real stars will be cars from more than 25 marques, including Audi, Bugatti, Hyundai, Citroen, Ferrari, Kia, Ford, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Tesla and Isuzu.
