TODAY’S RECIPE: Berry crumble pots

NO FUSS pudding that you can whip up in minutes. SERVES 4

Ingredient­s

2 tbsp good quality strawberry jam Juice 2 clementine­s or satsumas 300g mixed berries 150ml fresh custard 4 tbsp double cream, lightly whipped 8 amaretti biscuits

Method

Mix the strawberry jam and citrus juice in a bowl. Stir in the mixed berries. Divide half the berries between four glasses or small bowls. Top with custard, the rest of the berries and finally the whipped cream. Crumble over the biscuits and serve.
