HOW to get the enviable physiques of the stars. This week: Katie Holmes’s arms KATIE HOLMES recently wore a strapless purple gown on the red carpet that revealed her incredibly toned arms.

The 40-year-old actress is a fan of the group spinning class Soul-Cycle and also fits in boxing and regular two-hour circuit sessions with crunches, squats and dumbbell lifts.

WHAT TO TRY: The Zottman curl. Stand with your feet hipwidth apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing up, and, without moving your upper arms, curl the weights toward your shoulders with control. At the top of the curl, turn your wrists inward so that your palms face forward. Lower arms in that position. At the bottom, rotate the wrists to go back to your starting position. Repeat this 12 times for three sets.
