It’s the EU lottery

AS A Brexiter, I am really looking forward to the Eu elections. As the cost of £164 million is equivalent to one £2.50 EuroMillions lottery ticket per person in the uK, I consider it will be money well spent.

If I had won the lottery, I would have had my winnings long ago. I was on the winning side in the referendum, but have been treated as though I was on the losing side ever since. I can’t wait for the results of the Eu elections, just to see the look on the faces of news presenters, luvvies and Remainer MPs. ERIC CRAGGS, Shildon, Co. Durham. This Brexit farce has dragged on for too long and brought us to a futile European election that will cost us millions. May I suggest that, having let down the British public so badly, MPs are made to pay for this farce out of their own pockets? I am sure this would instil some urgency into the proceedings.
