Farage under fire

I DISAGREE with Peter Oborne’s assessment of Andrew Marr’s interview with nigel Farage (Mail). The Biased Broadcasting Corporation attempts to ambush Mr Farage at every opportunity. Unfortunately, on this occasion he lost his cool. Andrew Marr didn’t ask one significant question on the EU elections, which is presumably why they asked Mr Farage to be in the studio in the first place.

Maybe Mr Farage should insist on vetting the questions beforehand and only agree to be quizzed by the gentlest of interviewers. Like him or not, a Farage interview is never boring and makes for watchable TV. CHARLES HOUGHTON,
