To make it at home, just use tap water

-

IF YOU’RE wondering whether you could make moon water at home, why not give it a try?

Take spring or purified water and put it outside under a full moon. If you don’t have any, tap water would seem to be just as good. It must be in a glass container, fully exposed to the elements. Leave it overnight then drink or store for other uses such as watering plants.

St Leonhards produces its version using fresh water from a natural spring discovered in 17 4 at the spa town of Bad Leonhardspfunzen.

The word moon comes from the Latin ‘luna’, which gave birth to the term ‘lunatic’. It was previously believed madness was induced by the moon’s cycles. The next UK full moon will be just after 10pm on Saturday.
