IT’S ALL KICKING OFF IN CAMDEN

-

GEORGIA GOULD, 33, is one of the UK’s youngest council leaders having taken the reins at Camden — a Labour stronghold in London — two years ago.

Gould, whose late father Philip was one of the architects of New Labour with Tony Blair and Peter Mandelson, has taken aim at Labour’s complaints procedure. ‘More reports of Labour’s lack of action against vile anti-Semitism shows why an Equality And Human Rights Commission inquiry is necessary and an urgent need for an independent complaints process to begin rebuilding trust.’

The person running Labour’s discredited complaints procedure is Thomas Gardiner. His other job? Senior Labour councillor in Camden.
